Assembly Votes is very flexible and supports all common types of voting principles.
Cost saving, efficient and fully documented electronic elections, based on everyday technologies. Assembly Votes is a transparent, secure and an easily accessible solution to conduct a statutory or non-statutory election process.
Fully documented election application, server setup and hosting environment. The system is continuously audited by independent audit companies.
A complete election solution
Assembly Votes is designed according to prominent international guidelines for electronic voting systems, ensuring compliance with all fundamental principles of a legal electoral process. This includes:
Voters are authenticated by digital signature or by secretly distributed login credentials. The system may have up to 3 authentication factors. The authentication process controls which ballots the individual voter is entitled to use.
The vote is encrypted on the voter's device and all votes and voterID are irreversibly separated by mixing technology before generating a result.
The mixing and decryption process can only be accessed once the voting period is completed. An electoral board can be provided with decryption keys to generate the result. This process can include or be facilitated by independent auditing companies.
For independent election audit of the electoral process the system provides an election log of all system activities. Moreover, Assembly Votes provides a complete system documentation and documentation of the data management processes.
Assembly Votes is accessible and easy to use for all electoral groups, electoral boards, observers and auditing organisations. For voters without the ability to go online, the system can be configured to include traditional paper ballots (hybrid election).
Application, servers, hosting and data procedures are continuously audited by independent auditing companies and institutions.
