A complete election solution

Assembly Votes is designed according to prominent international guidelines for electronic voting systems, ensuring compliance with all fundamental principles of a legal electoral process. This includes:

Voters are authenticated by digital signature or by secretly distributed login credentials. The system may have up to 3 authentication factors. The authentication process controls which ballots the individual voter is entitled to use.

Eligibility

The vote is encrypted on the voter's device and all votes and voterID are irreversibly separated by mixing technology before generating a result.

Anonymity

The mixing and decryption process can only be accessed once the voting period is completed. An electoral board can be provided with decryption keys to generate the result. This process can include or be facilitated by independent auditing companies.

Tallying

For independent election audit of the electoral process the system provides an election log of all system activities. Moreover, Assembly Votes provides a complete system documentation and documentation of the data management processes.

Documentation

Assembly Votes is accessible and easy to use for all electoral groups, electoral boards, observers and auditing organisations. For voters without the ability to go online, the system can be configured to include traditional paper ballots (hybrid election).

Accessibility

Application, servers, hosting and data procedures are continuously audited by independent auditing companies and institutions.
