Assembly Voting is looking for a System Operator to handle election tasks for Danish and international election customers. You have experience in setting up digital systems and are good at keeping track of many processes simultaneously with sharp deadlines.
Assembly Voting have been in business for almost 20 years providing SaaS solutions for statutory elections in public and private voting markets around the world. Assembly Voting develops and operates a number of IT products and services for statutory elections in municipalities, associations and companies. We conduct the vast majority of all statutory- and non-statutory online elections in Denmark and we provide solutions for partners and End-customers on international markets for secure online election products.
Do you have experience with the delivery of digital services? Are you capable of juggling many tasks at the same time? Are you good at structuring your work, and does quality, security and documentation mean something special to you? Are you happy about customer contact and -support? Do you have a high level of professional integrity, and do you have the courage to say no to requests and solutions that does not live up to the basic rules of democracy? We need flexibility in the job, as customer facing tasks from time to time can involve weekend work and evenings.
Then you may very well be our new colleague for the very important and rewarding work of servicing our many customers with solutions for holding statutory- and non-statutory election procedures. You will become part of a small operations team where you will work closely with developers and other operations employees. Among other things, you will be working with:

Your experience You have a great interest in, and in-depth experience with, the configuration of customer-oriented IT products and services. You speak and write fluently English. As a person, it is important that you can work independently and solve tasks with sharp deadlines. We have a strong focus on working as a team and need you to be a team player. You must have the courage to engage in a small organisation where everyone is involved in carrying out the necessary tasks.
